A reviewer sees everything held for a person and decides it. What a reviewer cannot do is put it in a ledger, and that is the gate the practice actually wants: the work is delegated and the last step is not.

One person can put an entry in a client ledger, and it is the person who owns the account. Three of the four seats on this page do not have this control, and you can check that by choosing one.

Billing

Billing is pages, not people.

Invite the whole practice: there is no per-seat fee, and a fifth reviewer costs what the fourth did. Billing is on the pages actually processed, so carrying a quiet client costs almost nothing and a loud quarter costs what it costs.

Your uploads

Yours, and nobody else’s.

The client’s own bookkeeper, a shop manager, a driver photographing fuel receipts: invite them and they can send documents in. They cannot read your ledger, your chart of accounts, your counterparties, your payroll, or anyone else’s uploads. This is the whole of what an uploader is given.

What is missing is the answer.

The controls a seat is not granted are not greyed out or ticked off in a table. They are not rendered, which is also how the product behaves: the gate is on the route, not on the button.

And what no seat gets

  • No single sign-on, no SCIM, no directory sync. Invitations are the way in: invite, resend, accept, revoke.
  • No audit-log streaming to an external system.
  • A member belongs to one team. Somebody who works for two practices needs two invitations.
