What happens after you press send
What happens between the button and the reply. The last item is the one that does not happen.
- It reaches the team
Not a ticket queue and not an autoresponder pretending to be one. Pileform is a small company; the inbox is the team’s.
- You get a confirmation, immediately
So you have something to reply to, and something to keep, without waiting for a person to be at a desk.
- A person reads it
Including the job ID if you sent one, which is what makes a workbook problem findable rather than guessable.
- A reply, within 1 business day
From the person who read it. If we cannot answer properly in that time, you get the answer we do have and a date for the rest.
- You are not added to a marketing listDoes not happen
Your address is used to reply to you. It does not go onto a mailing list, into a sequence, or to a third party.
