How the maths works
Subscriptions provide a recurring monthly page allowance. Separate page packs cover occasional extra volume and never expire; extra pages are not added to an invoice automatically.
Base fee
A flat monthly fee, whatever you use inside the plan's allowance.
Included pages
A set number of document pages per month, covered by the base fee.
Page packs
Buy a non-expiring page pack for occasional work, or move to a larger subscription when the higher volume becomes steady.
Worked exampleAt 800 pages a month, the steady fit is Practice: €500 a month covers the recurring 800-page workload.

What counts as a page?
A page is a single page of a source document, a receipt, an invoice, or a page of a bank statement. A five-page PDF processed in one batch counts as five pages, whatever else is on it.
Yes. Bank statements go through a separate extraction pipeline, but each page is counted the same way as an invoice or receipt page.
Move to a larger subscription if the volume is steady, or buy a non-expiring page pack for occasional extra work. Pileform does not add extra page charges to your invoice automatically.
