How it's priced
How the maths works
Every plan is three numbers: a flat base fee, a set number of pages included in that fee, and a per-page rate for anything over. There's no credit system to track and nothing expires.
Base fee
A flat monthly fee, whatever you use inside the plan's allowance.
Included pages
A set number of document pages per month, covered by the base fee.
Overage
Pages beyond the allowance are billed at a flat per-page rate, added to that month's invoice automatically.
Worked exampleAt 800 pages a month, the cheapest fit is Solo: €165 as a flat base fee with 500 pages included, then €0.35 per page for the 300 pages over the allowance, €105 extra, for €270 a month all in.

What counts as a page?
A page is a single page of a source document, a receipt, an invoice, or a page of a bank statement. A five-page PDF processed in one batch counts as five pages, whatever else is on it.
Yes. Bank statements go through a separate extraction pipeline, but each page is counted the same way as an invoice or receipt page.
Nothing stops working. Pages beyond your plan's included allowance are billed at that plan's overage rate, added to that month's invoice automatically, there's no scramble to upgrade mid-month.
