1. Built around a few hard lines
Pileform automates the tedious part, reading, reconciling, and proposing, but a short list of actions always stay yours. These aren't missing features; they're deliberate: filing a return, moving money, and posting to a client's ledger are decisions with legal and financial consequences, and Pileform is built to prepare the ground for that decision, not make it for you.
2. What that looks like day to day
In practice, a flagged row waits for your review before it posts, a VIES declaration or SEPA batch lands as a file to check rather than a submission already made, and a payroll run needs your approval before a payslip exists. See how review flags work for the review side, or VIES declarations and SEPA payment batches for the compliance side.
Quick answers
No. Pileform prepares the underlying dataset or file, VAT working papers, a VIES declaration XML, an SDC withholding dataset, for your review. You file it yourself, through TAXISnet or your usual channel.
No. A SEPA payment-batch file is generated from payables you've approved, and payroll computes what an employee is owed, but transferring funds happens through your own bank, on your own instruction, every time.
Only if you turn on auto-posting for entries the system is highly confident about; everything else always waits in the review queue for you to confirm, edit, or reject. Auto-post is opt-in, never the default.
No. AI inference runs via vetted third-party providers under contract, and they are contractually prohibited from training on your content.
