Post to Esoft

From the pile to posted in Esoft.

Connect Esoft once. Pileform extracts the pile, computes the VAT per line, lets you review every entry, then posts the supplier documents you confirm straight through, transactions plus accounts. A live connection, the same as Xero, QuickBooks, Business Central and BTMS, and you always keep the Excel.

How it works

Connect once, review, post.

Pileform feeds Esoft. It does not replace it, and it never posts what you have not confirmed.

01 · Connect

Connect Esoft.

A one-time connection. Your accounts come across so categorisation uses the codes Esoft already holds, not a generic template.

02 · Extract

Drop the pile.

Receipts, invoices and bank statements are read, VAT computed per line, and each line categorised against your accounts.

03 · Review

Confirm the entries.

Confirm, edit or reject each proposed entry. Inferred fields are flagged so you know exactly what to check.

04 · Post

Post to Esoft.

Confirmed supplier documents post straight through as transactions plus accounts. Posting is idempotent, so a retried batch never lands twice.

A live connection, not a file.

Nothing to export, nothing to import. The documents you confirm post directly into Esoft, transactions plus accounts, with the per-line VAT carried through.

Bank statements, double-entry.

Bank-statement transactions are classified and post as double-entry rows, not a one-sided cash list.

It learns your coding.

Each supplier’s aliases and default accounts are remembered per company, so repeat suppliers code themselves and the review queue gets faster as you confirm.

No lock-in.

You always keep the Excel workbook with the receipt embedded as proof, and a CSV export is one click away. Posting is a convenience, not a cage.

Esoft in Cyprus, with the VAT already decided.

Esoft is a Cyprus ledger, and the pile that reaches it is a Cyprus pile: supplier invoices at 19%, 9%, 5%, 3% and 0% on the same drop, EU supplier invoices under reverse charge, a till receipt that mixes rates on one slip. Pileform decides the rate on every line before anything reaches Esoft, and flags the lines it cannot reconcile instead of guessing.

Reverse charge is detected from the wording on the invoice (Article 196 of the VAT Directive and its Greek and other-language equivalents), cash rounding at the till lands in its own Adjustment column so the workbook always agrees with the printed total, and the source document stays embedded next to its rows for the inspector.

Greek-language invoices are read natively and their line descriptions stay in Greek. One login covers several companies, each with its own Esoft connection, and a batch sent twice never posts twice.

Questions

Posting to Esoft.

The supplier documents you confirm post straight through as transactions plus accounts. Bank-statement transactions post as double entry. You review and confirm each entry first; nothing posts until you say so.

Yes. Your accounts come across when you connect, so Pileform categorises against the codes Esoft already holds, and learns your suppliers and coding preferences as you confirm entries.

A live connection. Connect it once and the documents you confirm post straight through; nothing is exported and re-imported. If you would rather not connect, the CSV export is always available as a fallback for any ledger.

Always. Posting to Esoft is optional, layered on top of the workbook you already get. The receipt stays embedded in the file as proof, and you are never locked in: take the Excel or the CSV any time.

Yes. Every line is assigned one of the Cyprus rates (19%, 9%, 5%, 3% or 0%) from what is printed on the document, or flagged for review when the rate is not printed. Reverse charge on EU and other foreign supplier invoices is detected from the invoice wording. The rate reaches Esoft with the transaction you confirm.

Yes. Each company has its own Esoft connection, its own accounts, its own counterparty memory and its own review queue. Only the owner role can post, whichever company is selected.
