Payslips and email delivery

Printable payslips for every approved run, and a one-click, separate step to email them out.

1. A payslip for every approved run

Once a run is approved, every employee in it gets a printable payslip. Emailing them out is a separate action you take, one click after approval, it doesn't happen automatically the moment a run is approved.

2. Who receives what

Each employee gets a signed link to their own payslip only, employees aren't Pileform users themselves, so there's no login or portal for them to manage. The moment a run is approved, its PAYE/TD7 and Social Insurance/GHS data also becomes data-ready on the same compliance calendar that tracks a client's VAT and VIES deadlines.

Quick answers

No. Approving a run makes payslips available; emailing them is a separate action you choose to take afterwards, one click sends every employee their own payslip.

No. Each employee receives a signed link to their own payslip only. Employees aren't Pileform users and have no login or portal, so there's nothing for them to browse beyond their own link.

An approved run's lines are immutable, so a correction is made with a reversing run rather than an edited payslip, keeping the original and the correction both on record.
