How per-page billing works

1. Two ways to pay

Pileform is billed on actual pages processed, in one of two ways: pay-as-you-go credit packs, priced per page with no monthly commitment, or a monthly subscription with a set number of included pages. See pricing for the full breakdown and a volume calculator.

Billing runs through Stripe, with a self-serve customer portal for invoices, payment methods, and plan changes.

2. The current plans

Practice plans (Solo, Practice, Firm) suit accounting practices billing multiple clients; Enterprise is sales-led with no public price. The Business plan suits a single company keying its own books in-house:

Included pages roll over as part of a subscription, and you're billed for the pages you actually process each month, with any over-estimate refunded automatically.

3. What counts as a page, and what happens over the limit

A page is a single page of a source document, whether it's a receipt, an invoice, or a page of a bank statement; a five-page PDF processed in one batch counts as five pages. If a monthly plan's included allowance is used up, pages beyond it are billed at that plan's overage rate rather than being blocked or queued.
