1. Esoft: a ready-to-import file
For Esoft, Pileform exports an Excel file formatted for Esoft's import, transactions plus accounts, covering supplier documents, ready to bring in through Esoft's own standard import rather than a live API connection.
2. CSV export and no lock-in
Not connected to Xero, QuickBooks, BTMS, or Esoft at all? A clean CSV export is always available as a fallback you can import into any other ledger. Whichever route you use, or none, you always keep the underlying Excel workbook too, there's no lock-in to a specific posting destination.
3. Webhooks and API access
