1. What auto-post does
Auto-post lets entries the system is highly confident about, roughly 95% confidence or above, post automatically to your connected ledger instead of waiting in the queue for a manual confirmation. It's an optional setting, switched off by default: until you turn it on, every entry, regardless of confidence, waits for you.
2. What still needs you either way
Auto-post only ever applies to the highest-confidence entries; anything flagged, anything that doesn't reconcile, and anything below the threshold still lands in the review queue exactly as before. Posting stays idempotent, so a confirmed or auto-posted entry is never posted twice, and every entry, auto-posted or not, keeps the same posting-history audit trail of what suggested it and what happened.
Quick answers
Roughly 95% confidence or above. That threshold is intentionally high: it's meant for the repeat suppliers Pileform has already learned well, not for anything genuinely uncertain.
Yes, the setting can be switched off at any time, and an auto-posted entry can be corrected the same way as any posting error in your ledger; it still carries a full audit trail showing it was auto-posted and why.
Entry by entry. Within the same batch, high-confidence rows can post automatically while lower-confidence rows from the same upload still wait in the review queue.
